Auf der Leitmesse „European Coatings Show“ für Trends und Technologien im Bereich der Lack- und Farbenindustrie präsentiert 3M vom 04. bis 06. April 2017 innovative Additive.

Neue Mikroglashohlkugeln 3M™ Glass Bubbles S28HS für die Bauindustrie. Der innovative Zuschlagstoff für Baustoffe reduziert die Dichte und Wärmeleitfähigkeit des Materials. So tragen mit 3M Glass Bubbles gefüllte Farben, Lacke oder Putze zur Energieeffizienz bei und können das Raumklima verbessern sowie der Schimmelbildung vorbeugen. Zudem weisen die 3M Glass Bubbles S28HS ein einzigartiges Verhältnis von Festigkeit zu Dichte auf, welches sie für das sogenannte Airless Spray Verfahren qualifiziert.
Eine spezifische Lösung gegen „Orangenhaut“ und „Fischaugen“ stellen wir mit den 3M™ Fluorosurfactants (FC 4430,
FC 4432 und FC 4434) vor. Sie basieren auf der sogenannten C4 Chemie und weisen einen REACH Grenzwert von 25ppb auf. Sie sorgen als Netzmittel in Farben und Lacken für makellos glänzende und glatte Oberflächen!
Die Dyneon GmbH zeigt in Nürnberg die 3M™ Dyneon™ PTFE Micropowders mit guten Antihaft-Eigenschaften. Ideal geeignet für Lacke und Farben. Die Mikropulver können in einer Bandbreite von -190°C bis +260°C eingesetzt werden. In Farben sorgen sie für eine verbesserte Oberflächenglätte, einen sauberen Farbverlauf, einen schönen Glanz und eine hohe Scheuerfestigkeit.

Trade Fair Highlights at the ECS 2017!
From 4th to 6th of April 2017 3M Advanced Material Division will be presenting its innovative additives at the leading exhibition "European Coatings Show“ in Nuremberg for trends and technologies in the coatings and paints industry.
Meet the 3M Advanced Materials Division with its 3M subsidiary Dyneon GmbH at booth 226 in hall 4! The following highlights will be presented:
The new 3M™ Glass Bubbles S28HS micro hollow glass spheres for the construction industry. The innovative fillers for building materials lead to a lower density and reduce thermal conductivity of the composite. Paints, varnishes or plasters filled with 3M Glass Bubbles S28HS contribute to energy efficiency and improve the room climate and prevent mould. In addition, the 3M Glass Bubbles S28HS have a unique ratio of strength to density that qualifies them for the so-called airless spray process.
3M provides a specific solution against "orange peel" and "fish eyes" with the 3M™ Fluorosurfactants (FC 4430, FC 4432 and FC 4434). They are based on the so-called C4 chemistry and have a REACH limit value of 25ppb. The 3M Fluorosurfactants support the wetting of a large number of materials during painting for immaculately glossy and smooth surfaces!
3M subsidiary Dyneon GmbH will exhibit the 3M™ Dyneon™ PTFE Micropowders with their excellent non-stick properties which are well suited for paints and coatings. The Micropowders can be used at a wide range of temperatures from -190° C to + 260° C. In inks, they improve surface smoothness, clean color graduation, gloss and high abrasion resistance.
